Holiday Park & Rural Networks
Delivering 5G connectivity to rural communities and holiday parks.
Connectivity for Communities
In rural areas and holiday park sites, it is not common to find fibre broadband to the premises that is fit for modern user requirements. Fixed Wireless Access is a solution to this issue that helps bridge the digital divide by providing fast internet connectivity using 5G technology. This means that under-served communities can have access to networks with sufficient capacities and throughputs for their needs, without waiting for fibre to reach their premises.
Our Solution
-
Radio Equipment
Our deployments are lightweight, making use of existing infrastructure to streamline the process - such as utilities masts, reception buildings, etc. Where possible we also deploy core network equipment at the network edge to optimise network performance, reducing latency overheads.
-
User Equipment
Both indoor and outdoor equipment solutions dependent on the local environment and your requirements. Places where signal strength is poor (e.g. due to metallic cladding) it may be necessary to install a router with a modest external antenna to ensure the best possible quality of service.
Use Cases
-
Residential Connectivity
